I have allways heard that nunmbness in the arms and feelings like that in the fingers is a sign of a stroke, My grandfather had a stroke a couples years ago and had been feeling dumb in his arms and shoulders,..I dont think he felt anything in his hands but you should probably go to a doctor do be checked..it may not be anything to worry about but its allways better to be safe then sorry....so good luck....
