You can use a chisel and hammer. For a nicer finished product, get a brick saw that uses water to clean and keep the rock cool while cutting. You will need to make a holder for the geodes because they come in a variety of shapes and sizes. When cut in half they should be ready for presentation with little more polishing and cleaning to do. As always, use proper safety precautions such as gloves and glasses and if you are not familiar with how to operate a wet saw, ask an adult or professional.
