Brett Favre without a doubt. Back in the day, he could throw 85 yarders. Even in his 40's he can throw 65+ yard bombs. Plus, he throws the slant route so hard, with so much velocity, that he broke every single one of Donald Driver's fingers and not even a radar gun could calculate how fast he threw the ball. Look it up on YouTube with "Brett Favre radar gun" and look up "Brett Favre rocket pass" and you'll see how hard he can throw it. If you want to see how far he can/could throw it, you'll have to look around, I don't know where any vids are on that, but I have seen him throw 85+ yard throws in the air in a game before in the 90s and in 2009, at age 40, he threw a 65+ yard throw to Sidney Rice (look up Sidney Rice 2009 highlights on YouTube) and again, he was 40 years old.

Rudy Bukich. Just ask John madden and he will tell you he witnessed Rudy threw almost the entire football field during practice in the '50s.
Leadership, accuracy, toughness, a strong arm, and a never give up attitude.
because.... well imma black quarterback for my school... but the reason for this is that black people are built more like a running back, linebacker, cornerback type... and whites they have more of an arm than blacks. But most of the time if there is a black quarterback, they're capable of playing more positions.
