I have a 2000 Nissan maxima with 129k miles on it and im having a problem with is accelerating after 3500 rpm when i hit 3500 rpm it just jurks and doesnt accelerate. can anyone help me with this?
Hi thereRE: your 2000 Maxima.is your check engine light on ?when was the last time did the tune up?have you change the fuel filter?does the engine idle OK?you may have a fuel pump problem this will make the car not to accelerating.or bad fuel pressure regulator, remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator if you see fuel in line or leaking out if it is it's bad.or you may have a bad coil pack or spark plug all of this and other stuff will make the car not to run right
