To make polyhedral dice, you will need to create a mold with the desired shapes and sizes for each face of the dice. Then, pour a liquid material like resin or plastic into the mold and allow it to harden. Once the dice have set, carefully remove them from the mold and sand down any rough edges. Finally, paint or add numbers to each face of the dice to complete the set.

They do not make dice.
To make dice float, you can use a dense liquid like saltwater or oil in a container and gently place the dice on top. The buoyant force of the liquid will make the dice float.
Of or relating to or resembling a polyhedron.
NO
There is no such simply connected polyhedron. There is no such polyhedral shape.

In crystals, common polyhedral shapes include cubes, octahedra, and dodecahedra. These shapes are formed by the arrangement of atoms or ions within the crystal lattice structure.
To learn how to make dice, you can start by researching online tutorials or taking a class on crafting or woodworking. Practice with different materials and techniques to create your own unique dice designs. Experimenting and refining your skills will help you become proficient in making dice.
9 sided "barrel dice" and 9 sided "parachute" style dice do exist. They are essentially cylinders with 9 numbered faces and rounded ends (so the die can't land end-on), or an ice-cream cone shape with 9 facets and one rounded end (again, so it can't land end-on). These are the only "fair" dice that can have 9 sides. There is no "platonic solid" that has 9 equal sides. Polyhedral Dice (The platonic solids you would generally encounter playing table-top rpgs like Dungeons and Dragons) generally only come in the following sizes: 4, 6, 8, 12, & 20. 10 sided dice are also available that are "fair", but are not platonic solids.
To learn how to make DD dice, you can find tutorials online or attend workshops that teach dice-making techniques using materials like resin or polymer clay. Practice and experimentation will help you develop your skills in creating custom dice for your games.
