Simple. Science is based upon theory and/or outcome. Basic probability. For example: genetic outcomes....both parents have green eyes, as do the grandparents of both parties. Likely 100% probability.

By adding up the calculations in a science questions. For example if an apple is 86.3 density, and an orange is 23.2 density, and if the question asks you how much more is the apples density than the Oranges density, you would subtract the apple from the orange and you would get 63.1 density.

Science - more precisely, the so-called "exact sciences", such as physics and chemistry - is, to a great extent, applied math. You can teach some basic concepts without going into details into the math, but to get a precise description of the concepts involved, you will need math sooner or later.

Yes science includes math in some situations. Mainly what i am saying is that you use it in some equations for solving for velocity or other logical examples.
