CBSE board exams start from 12 March 2009

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday announced the examination schedule for the Classes X and XII board exams that will begin 2 March 2009.

For Class 10, the examinations will start with elementary business among four other optional subjects. The exams for Class 12 will begin with chemistry.

While the Class 10 date-sheet looks well spaced out, Class 12 students have a paper almost every day.

The question is about the result date. Relevant ans isCBSE Results for class 12 are declared in the last days of May. These results are declared every year in phases according to the various regions of CBSE.

Last year in 2009 CBSE Results for class 12 were declared as follows

Phase 1 - 20 May 2009

Phase 2 - 22May 2009.

This year too the results are expected somewhere near these dates.
