Depends on the finish and buyer, some are willing to pay more for a particular grip color/slide color combo than others. Generally speaking it's not an expensive gun, I've seen them with standard blued finish as low as 235 new to 414 new, all with in 40mi of each other. Availability in your area may play into it as well. MSRP is 333 on one with the blued slide (http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/) gunbroker.com they seem to be right around 260-270 new so I think that's a pretty accurate representation for the gun NIB (new in box ie unfired). Hope that helps
Keltec PF9, a 9mm semiauto pistol.
Neither. "Better" depends on what you think, not someone else.
$200+
No. Keltec Salinero is a gelding because he often bolted as a stallion.
Its not a bad trade, depends on if you each want the other gun, I'd say whomever is getting the ke-tec is getting a better deal.
They can be.

Well, neither one is particularly great, but, personally, I'd take the Ruger over the Kel-Tec anyday. As for the Crimson Trace laser.. couldn't tell you. It's really a useless accessory.
Obviously, single shot of double barrel guns will fire them. The Keltec KSG and Winchester 97/ Winchester 1300 are reported to cycle them. The Mossberg 500/590 can have the shell lifter modified to feed them. In the Remington 870, shells tend to flip and jam.
There have been several. AR style pistols use the same 20 and 30 round magazine as the AR 15. One version of the "Broomhandle" Mauser had a 20 round magazine. Several modern day auto pistols have extended magazines. The Keltec PMR-30 holds 30 rounds.
