I am due to go to court in Italy soon and ask for legal separation. As a British citizen with an Italian husband, what can I expect. How long will it take after to apply for divorce?
What will I be entitled to.There are two children. One is 14 and the other 11
Mam I'm sorry to say after the legal separation it will take 3 years from the separation date. and then waiting for the finale signing it takes 40-60 days for the finale divorce certificate, I myself a Veteran found myself in a whole world of hurt because of this - so head up, maybe your more fortunate than I its being revised
Instead of 3 its 1 year so good luck I found this man though maybe he can help you.

The divorce rate is NOT consistent in all 50 states. Factors that change the divorce rate in different states are constantly changing, which affects the rate so often that many are indeed not consistent.
As of 2021, the divorce rate in Alabama is around 3.7 per 1,000 people. This rate is slightly lower than the national average.
