In a litre there are 100cl (cl = centi-litre) or 1000ml (ml=milli-litre)

0.3l = 0.3x100cl = 30cl

0.3l = 0.3x1000ml = 300ml

So 0.3l does not equal 300cl. It is 30cl or 300ml.
