As far as I know, the conversion forCelsius to Fahrenheit is:

F=1.8C+32

Therefore if we substitute 15 degrees Celsius into the formula we get:

F=(1.8x15)+32

F=59

Therefore 15 degrees Celsius is 59 degrees Fahrenheit.

For a rough conversion you can do 'F=2C+30'.
