Well what I use is a trusty tape measurer! Before you measure the bed though, you should know how much space you have. It would be horrible to get the wrong size bed!

Also, do not shower for 2-3 hours after tanning, your skin is still adjusting. Try avoiding exfoliates, makeup remover, or some acne washes that strip your skin.

dont eat to much before bed sleep in a quiet surrounding have a nice hot bath just before bed make sure ur nice and cosy in bed and if you hear any noises ignore them.

If so, it could be you are drinking too much liquids before going to bed. Try training your bladder to pee before you go to bed. But otherwise it should be 'ok' just need to try a little more if thats the case. But just check with you doctor just in case, because you never know some people have bladder problems. by the way don't feel bad I peed the bed until i was 11 haha. :)
