I would highly reccommend the P90X workout program. I found that working out at home can get old fast, causing you to get off track. This program has 12 different programs which helps keeps it fresh and easy to continue doing. And most important - you will get results. Cant say enough good things about it.
Another option is to get Wii Fit. It makes working out more fun, so you may be more likely to keep up with the workouts :)
P90X by far the best for both men and women

If you want to go extreme, get p90x. But be aware that's it's 6 days a week and each workout is at least an hour long. And it's super hard! If you are looking for something a little less, the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is great too.
