Different types of paper come in different thicknesses, and thus in different weights (or masses). Take a pack of 500 sheets (or some other convenient number) of your chosen paper, and weigh it. Then write a proportion to find out how much 25 of those sheets will weigh - or 50 sheets, depending on whether you plan to print one side or two. Or just weigh your 50-page document (weighing a larger amount of pages will probably provide more accuracy).
