y = (-2/8)x + 10/8
y = -(1/4)x + 5/4, m2 = -1/4 so that m1 = 4
y = mx + b, replace y with 0, m with 4, and x with 5
0 = 4(5) + b
0= 20 + b subtract 20 from both sides
-20 = b, the y-intercept of L1.
