∙ 15y agoBase only on this sentence its not possible to say how much millilitres to give the patient. Every material/element/anything has its own density. If the density of the drug is very low, it could be quite a lot, if it has a high density, a few milligram would suffy.

Research has demonstrated that gene polymorphisms influence drug effectiveness and toxicity, leading to these inconsistencies in patient response, affecting all fields of pharmacotherapy
If 200 micrograms (0.2 mg) is in 5 milliliters, then there would be 0.04 milligrams (0.2 mg * 0.2) in 1 milliliter of the drug. Therefore, if 0.2 milligrams are prescribed, it would amount to 5 milliliters (0.2 mg / 0.04 mg/ml) of the drug.
The amount of antihistamine that you can safely give a particular animal is based upon a calculation of milligrams of drug per kilogram of body weight. The number of milliliters you can give your dog will depend on the concentration of the drug (milligrams per milliliter).
187.5 mg
50 milligrams
The equivalence between milligrams and milliliters depends on the substance's density. If we assume water-like density, 50 milliliters would be equivalent to 50,000 milligrams, as 1 milliliter of water is roughly equivalent to 1 gram.
The cost of drug addiction treatment varies with each facility and the patient's needs. But some are able to adjust the cost according to the patient's ability to pay and whether or not there is insurance available.

Pharmacists use the metric system to accurately measure and dispense medications in units like milligrams, milliliters, and grams. They convert between different metric units to ensure the correct dosage of medication is given to patients. The metric system provides a standardized and precise way for pharmacists to calculate medication doses based on patient requirements.
The amount of drug given is the dose administered to the patient, typically measured in milligrams (mg) or other appropriate units. It is the quantity of medication prescribed by the healthcare provider to achieve the desired therapeutic effect while minimizing potential side effects.
You cannot convert IUs into milligrams. IUs measure the potency of a drug; they are not used to measure the weight of something.
