not usually. most hormone imbalances cause either extreme breast growth (too much estrogen or progesterone), or very little growth (too much testosterone) but are evenly distributed. Because hormones are carried in your blood stream, it travels evenly throughout your entire body and both breasts would be exposed to an equal amount. Don't worry about it though! about 80% of all women do not have symmetrical breasts and you are probably perfectly healthy. Just as a quick fact, the left breast on a woman is usually larger than the right. no one really knows why. my breasts are uneven too!
