He is a brave ex-Prison Officer who secretly filmed vote rigging in Zimbabwe`s June 2008 election run-off. He joined the Zimbabwe Prison Service as a recruit Prison Officer on 24 April 1996, he did Recruit Prison Officers course, and excelled well. He was selected to under go a Prison Special Tactics Course and Train Trainers Course which he emerged the best and became a Weapons, Physical fitness and a Special Tactics Instructor in 1998. Shepherd Yuda was born on the third of August 1973 in Hurungwe District, Karoi, in the Mashonaland West Province of Zimbabwe. Shepherd Yuda is the second child in a family of five, namely Angeline, Nyemudzai, Tsitsi and Emily. His Father, Ndolo Yuda came to settle in Zimbabwe after he fled the brutality of Malawis President Kamuzu Hastings Banda in 1952. His mother is Florah Chaunza the daughter of Dimond Chaunza and Rhodha Zvikase. All from Manicaland Province. Shepherd Yuda did his Primary education at Tambawadya Primary School in Karoi. He did his secondary school at Chikangwe High School in Karoi and worked as a Pastry cook at Duck Inn Cafe in Karoi before he moved to Russells Cafe in Chinhoyi. He later moved to the Capital city of Zimbabwe to join the Zimbabwe Prison Service in 1996. Shepherd Yuda is currently married to Mejury Muvengwa and the couple has three children Florah (jnr), Clarah (jnr) and Clint Tom Ndolo (jnr). Shepherd has also other two children out side his marriage Shepherd (jnr) and Angeline (jnr).
