Where it becomes difficult is the current environment of today. If in the course of dating, an allegation of sexual contact is brought against the adult or non-minor party, an investigation will ensue. If the allegation is of contact (touching) only, there is little evidence possible and law enforcement must rely only upon witness testimony and their own suppositions. Unfortunately what this means is that the accuser's word and the attitudes of the investigating officers will drive the case. what this further means is that the accused party is likely to be arrested, tried, convicted, sentenced and incarcerated for two or more years AND required to register for 25 years to life on the state's internet Sex Offender Registry.
In the very real likelihood that the allegation is false, it will matter little if the original accuser recants or retracts his/her statements. In events such as this, the state often picks up the charge and continues with prosecution.
Now, this is not say that it happens in every case of a dating relationship between an 18-year-old and a minor (anyone under the age of 18), but it is the most likely potential for today.
Would dahvie vanity go out with a 16 year old and he only 22 year old
some 16 some 18
There is no law against dating at any age but the age of consent is 16. That means that it is illegal for someone older than 16 to have sex with someone younger than 16.
6 with 16 remaining 124 - 16 = 108 = 18 x 6
288 divided by 18 equals 16.
Of course you can.
you might need a parent consent
yea go ahead also go **** him in the butt
depends
o yah age is just a number proud of ya
Yeah, why not? it's just two years of differece!
yes...any1 over 18 dating any1 under 18 can go 2 prison
No because you can go to jail for that because he is older then the age of 18 and you are younger then the age of 18
Yes. It would be considered Statutory Rape.
Helping a runaway is a crime and he could go to prison.
It depends on where he lives. If the age of consent is 16 or under then no, he cannot go to jail. If the age of consent is over 16, then it is possible depending on the severity of the offense where he lives.
No. It is illegal. Depending on the state where you live the age of consent is 16 and in others it is 18, so a 13 year old is below the age of consent to date in any state.
