If you are talking about integers, then the answer is no.

A number is either of the form 2n (even) or of the form 2n + 1 (odd).

This can be seen by adding 1 to each of these numbers:

An even number plus one is of the form 2n + 1 and so, it is odd.

An odd number plus one is of the form (2n+1)+1 = 2(n+1) and hence is even.

For other numbers it does not normally make sense to call them odd or even.

For instance any real number x can be written as x = 2*(x/2) and it would be even.

On the other hand it can also be written as 2*(x-1/2)+1 and it would be odd.

In that sense, all non-integers are neither even nor odd.
