Yes, as long as each of the three sides is unequal, and the longest side is such that its square is more than the sum of the squares of the two shorter sides.

The simplest example is the 2-3-4 triangle:

2^2 + 3^2 = 4+9 = 13;

4^2 = 16 > 13.

So it is both obtuse and scalene.
