if you mean ALL sides equal then no, because for a triangle to have ALL equal sides all angles must be equal (60 degrees), and an obtuse triangle must have an angle with 91 or more degrees.

but if you mean TWO sides equal then yes. for example, a triangle with angles 40, 40 & 100 degrees would have two equal sides.
