Fire is the rapid oxidation of a combustible material. There is no such thing as 'too cold' for fire.

Fire only requires "food", heat, and oxygen. Negative 30 degrees Fahrenheit wouldn't actually BE -30 degrees for the fire, because the fire itself would heat up the surrounding area. If the fire ITSELF was -30F, then it would be instantly put out, because the combustion of the "food" would no longer be possible.
