No, 235/70 tires will not fit properly on 255/70 rims. Tire width and rim width need to be compatible for optimal performance and safety. A 235 tire is narrower than a 255 tire, so it may not seat correctly on the wider rim, potentially leading to handling issues and increased wear. It's important to match tire sizes to the appropriate rim width for safe driving.
you mean a 235/60 r16 being used with 3-235/70 r16? I wouldn't unless it's an emergency. the single tire has a smaller diameter. by 23.5 mm. the 235 part is basically the width of the tire, the 60 and/or 70 is a percentage of that with and that is the profile or height of the tire. so the difference is these tires is 10% of 235mm.
Yes, but you speedometer will show 58.7 mph at a true 60 mph.
You can but it is not a perfect swap. Make sure you have the same size tire on each axle.
Yes, the 75 has a taller sidewall than the 70. If the car has stiffer suspension it will give a feeling of sway the taller you get. Can you? Yes. Should you? No. Your speedometer will be off and your ride and handling will suffer. If you must change sizes go with a 265/65-16 or 245/75-16. My advice is to stick with the OEM size.
Using R70 tires instead of R65 tires on a Renault Clio is generally not recommended, as the difference in tire specifications can affect the vehicle's handling, speedometer accuracy, and overall performance. It’s important to adhere to the manufacturer’s specifications for tire sizes to ensure safety and optimal driving conditions. If you are considering a tire change, consult the vehicle's manual or a tire specialist for the best advice.
What is the value of this plate
Lots of vehicles use this size tire. Why would you even ask such a question?

Yes they will. I put them on yesterday and i noticed it has way more grip then the smaller tires (of course). There's no rubbing or nothing its just better in the snow and rain. P275 R70 on the front and P275 R75 on the back. I recommend everyone that drives a 2 wheel drive ford ranger do this.
$20 approx per plate. Will go up. this is the site for all plates prices http://www.gallerymarketinggroup.ca/searchkey.cgi?rad=series&search_txt=84-r70-3.6&options=Any+Words&submit=New+Search
