the plimsole line or mark was named in the 19th century . the line shows if the vessel or boat is over it is out of the water then the vessel or boat is not over but if it is in the water then the vessel or boat is over the weight and some thing must be taken off ! as it is legel to be over the weight that boat or vessel should be.
Technically it's over the line but it's rarely called.
No it does not equal 100; it is still less than 100. Theoretically though, yes. Let X = 99.9 with a line over it. 10 X = 999.9 with a line over it. Ten 9 X = 900 because 999.9 with a line over it - 99.9 with a line over it = 900. Then X = 100!
M with a line over it is represents 1,000,000. C with a line over it is 100,000. X with a line over it is 10,000. V with a line over it is 5,000. The regular rules of numeral writing are the same with large numbers. Therefore, 12345657 is: ________ MCCXXXIVDLXVII
A line over a Roman numeral represents multiplication of that numeral by a thousand. For example, a line over the numeral X represents 10,000 (10 * 1000) and a line over the numeral V represents 5,000 (5 * 1000).

A line drive is a ball hit really hard and fast in a straight line.
Not unless you build a car that goes over water.
Depends on how fast you drive and how often you stop. I did a similar drive from Nebraska to state line CA in a little over a day.
build an over head rack with bungie cords to tie the drive line to .
Water drive is done by water and the other by gas
Definition: line drive is a hit that goes straight and is not rolling on the ground. A line drive in softball is the same thing in baseball, the only difference is the size of the ball.
because the ship is to heavy
I wouldn't advise it. Should the water main break the cement would have to be removed over the line that it covers. I had mine water main break and there was nothing but dirt over it and it was a 2,000 repair job.
