Answer is - You can not!!
Reason is - Initial 4-5 numbers of your mobile represent a code of your circle. When you switch state, circle code would be different; so far such flexibility is not provided by TRAI or telephone operators.
Solution is - Opt for a roaming plan, until we have roaming free facility. Govt is working on it but similar delays (as in case of Mobile number portability) may happen. You may need to wait for a year or long.
