Yeah but you have to have like a 253 on the maps score to go on to algebra 1....a guy I go to school with in 6th grade he went straight to algebra 1 when everyone else was taking adv. Math . As a senior he will be taking calculus 3
At my school here's how it works:1. Pre-Algebra (unless you made a good grade on the Iowa test or whatever it was called, then you go to Algebra instead)2.Algebra3.Geometry4.Algebra 2Then Calculus and Trig. are thrown in after that.
If you complete the course requirements and SOL then yes.
You go 2 electives, language arts, science or earth space science honors, math/algebra/geometry, history of the united states/ civics/ honors history
How do you pass Algebra 1? go to class do your work be ontime ask for help
You can get through many aspects of geometry without pre-algebra or algebra. However, when it comes to the measurement in geometry, you need algebra for that.
If someone skips 7th grade, they go from 6th grade directly to 8th grade. However, most people do not skip grades because of the age barrier between themselves and their other classmates. Another reason why most people don't skip grades is because most schools have an "advanced placement" program for their more gifted pupils. If someone DOES skip 7th grade, they will go from just beginning to learn algebra and more complex geometry skills to doing pre-algebra and also more complex geometry with some algebra. They will go from still mastering sentence graphing to experimenting with different writing genres, and other higher level thinking English. Social studies would be about the same, only with higher level material.
Depending on your school they will go, Applied Geometry (D average or lower), Geometry ( C and above), Problem Solving A (D in geometry), Algebra 2 (C or better in Geometry), Problem solving B (D or lower in Algebra 2), Calculus AB (C or better in Algebra 2) and Calculus BC (requires AB)
you don't go from algebra to calculus and linear algebra. you go from algebra to geometry to advanced algebra with trig to pre calculus to calculus 1 to calculus 2 to calculus 3 to linear algebra. so since you got an A+ in algebra, I think you are good.
Try engineering. That's lot of geometry and algebra.

well in my middle school you first start off with normal math and if you do well in math then you go to Algebra in 7th grade. If you don't do that well in math you go to pre-algebra. Then if you went to pre-algebra you go to Algebra in 8th grade. If you went to Algebra in 7th grade you do Geometry in 8th.

Go shopping, the change will do you good ( skip a place after each word)

Yes there is an algebra 3, but some schools don't have it and they just go to Pre-Calculus.
just go look up on the Google translation!
