You could buy 2) 12' x 16' pieces that would be 284 sq ft or 42.67 square yards depending on which way you prefer.

The other way would be to put a seam along the side of the room. For this you would need 1) 12' x 23'6" piece and another 12' x 8' piece for fill along the side. With this method you would have 378 sq ft or 42 square yards.
