β 12y agoYou can solve this problem many ways.
Here is the most common way.
Divide 1000 by 220
1000/220=4.5454545454.....
If you round it, it will be 4.55
Now, just write " Dennis payed $4.55 per foot of aluminum stripping."
And that's it!
Good luck! :D

It is: 10*10*10 = 1000 cubic cm
10*10*10 = 1000 cubic centimetres.

The weight of aluminum wire per foot depends on its gauge or thickness. On average, a 1000 aluminum wire with a gauge of 10 (0.1019 inches diameter) weighs approximately 0.628 pounds per foot. The weight may vary for different gauges of aluminum wire.
It takes approxmatly 500 to 1000 years for plastic and aluminum to break down.

A nanometer is one billionth of a meter and a picometer is on trillionth of a meter. So there are 1000 picometers in a nanometer. The aluminum atom therefore has a radius of 143 pm.

The density of something is mass/volume (this is a constant)The density of Aluminium is 2,700 kg/m3 at STPTherefore knowing the density and the volume you can work out the massIf D = M/V then M = D*V1m3 = 1000000 mlBut we have only 1000 ml or 1000/1000000 of a 1m3 = 0.001m3Therefore 0.001 * 2700 = 2.7 kg
10*10*10 = 1000 cubic centimetres.
