Personal tv on that type of aircraft is usually in the back of the seat in front of you. Seats on emergency exits will have the tv fold out from inside your armrest.

The buttons are on the side of the seat. On the passenger side there is a lever to recline the pass seat all the way. I cannot remember if the drivers has that lever. Just got rid of mine Kathy
My guess is that the levers are used to recline the seatbacks like they do in my father's Chrysler Sebring.
