There is no operation for a single number and so there can be no order of operation.
The order of operations (BIDMAS/PODMAS) does not change except that you need to remember that there are implied divisions in each fraction.
The operation is P.E.M.D.A.S., and each letter stands for an operation to use. P - parentheses, E - exponents, M - multiplication, D - division (multiplication and division are equal...so it doesn't matter which direction it is in.
