Yes the letter H does have two lines of symmetry.

First you can bisect the letter "H" with a vertical line placed though the centre of the H. It can be cut laterally and Bilaterally. Secondly, you can cut an H evenly by drawing a horizontal line though the points of parallelism on each perpendicular transversal.
