From the Amry Study Guide: "Army leadership begins with what the leader must BE, the values and attributes that shape a leader's character. Your skills are those things you KNOW how to do".
You should study for 45 minutes or an hour because that is an average attention span of a person and its true. Take a twenty minute break and then go back to studdingg. Don't study to much in one day because you will forget. After studying one day, the next day, take 15-20 minutes of review on what you studied the day before. Study twice a day, in a quite area, by yourself, and if you can, as early as possible because at night, you can't study well. Hope I helped.

Well it depends on your institution if you are a student. Usually chapter 1 after the abstract includes background of the study, problem statement, purpose statement, nature of study, research question, and the literature review. If you are not a student (writing thesis or dissertation), then after the abstract and the key words, you will want to include the introduction, background of the study (may be), and the literature review.
