Answer: they come from water retention - not muscle build up. You only look leaner because your muscles are retaining an extra 15 pounds of water. On top of this, you are making your kidneys work harder, putting you at risk of having kidney stones (which is quite possibly the most painful experience a man can have in his life). To make matters worse, because your extra weight is water weight retained by your muscles, and not actual muscle mass, you will lose that weight as soon as you stop taking Superdrol. EVEN WORSE, since that extra weight is water weight, you aren't actually stronger! You have the same number of muscle cells as you did before, and because they are bloated full of water they are actually WEAKER than they were before.
If you REALLY want to get in shape, I suggest a weight training program. This has the added bonus of not causing you to die a slow, painful death 20 years earlier than you should!
