The fact that people sometimes disagree is common. However, it does not have to cause major conflict. Even though people may disagree they can still work together to solve a problem simply by being willing to hear one another out on their points of view and being open enough and willing enough to try out a solution that they may not necessarily agree with. It's all about making the choice.
