Use a tape measure
You measure it.
measure the distance around the outside
Without distance, you have to know time, initial velocity, and acceleration, in order to find final velocity.
You will have to measure it.

If the circumference or diameter is given then you can find the radius or simply measure the distance from the centre of the circle to the circumference.
You measure it.
With a protractor. Or measure some distance, and use trigonometry.
There are two ways to find the distance traveled. One is to measure the distance traveled. The other is to measure the distance raveled within a certain amount of time and then multiply to find how far it will travel in the future.

measure the distance around the outside
you use a ruler, tape measure or extremetube.
If you have a ruler and a piece of string, you could use the string to find the distance around the bust (or whatever you wanted to measure), mark the point at where the string starts to overlap, then measure the string using the ruler.
Measure the distance from the centre of the circle to its circumference.
