100 what, exactly? 100 US-dollars? 100 Chilean pesos? 100 rubles?
Anyway, to earn money, you basically need to have some ability that clients will pay for. Almost anybody can do some simple tasks; those usually don't pay very well. But it should certainly be possible to earn some income that way. On the other hand, if you have some abilities that not anybody has - say, doing translations, Web design, computer programming, etc., then you can easily earn 100 US-dollars a week (if that's what you mean) by working just an hour a day.
You should be very careful about scams. There are lots of advertisements on the internet about working from home and earning a lot of money without having any special ability; it should be obvious that those are scams. If you do want to try them out, be sure not to send them money. It is bad enough to waste your time. If you want to earn money, your client should pay you, not the other way round - and if some online site puts up some silly excuse for wanting you to make an advance payment, then it is almost certainly a scam!
Some legitimate sites where you can find online work include ODesk, ELance, and MTurk. I didn't work with MTurk, but it seems to be specialized in small jobs, many of which don't require any special qualifications. ODesk and ELance (and, I belive, MTurk as well) are not the clients you work for - they are intermediaries between you (people who do the actual work) and the clients, and they charge a commission for this. Go to the ODesk or ELance websites, look at the job categories and subcategories, and the job postings in each, and see if you find anything that interests you!
