O-phthaldehyde (OPA) is a small fluorscent molecule that reacts with primary amines, predominantly lysines and N-termins amines, in aqueas solutions at room temperature. It is used to determine the total concentration of protein in a sample. OPA can be used within a concentration of 1µg/ml - 1 mg/ml. Because it will react with N-terminus amines, it is a good choice for assays of small peptides that may not have enough amino acids to be detected by Bradford, BCA or Lowry protein assays.
1 mg ÷ 0.125 mg = 8
1000 mg = 1 o Hence 100 g = 1000 X 100 = 100,000 mg
4100 mg = 4.1 g4100 mg = 4.1 g4100 mg = 4.1 g4100 mg = 4.1 g4100 mg = 4.1 g4100 mg = 4.1 g
What enzyme? There are several. I am pretty sure they don't all react the same.
To react with 5 molecules of O₂, you would need the same number of molecules of Mg. This is because the balanced equation is 2Mg + O₂ → 2MgO. So, you would need 5 molecules of Mg to fully react with 5 molecules of O₂.
The chemical reaction equation would be Mg + CO2 + O -> ?.
no
The chemical formula for magnesium is Mg, and for oxygen, it is O₂.
When 4 moles of Mg react with O₂, they will form 4 moles of MgO because the ratio of Mg to MgO is 1:1. Therefore, for every mole of Mg that reacts, one mole of MgO is formed. So, in this case, since there are 4 moles of Mg, 4 moles of MgO will be produced.
Mg does not react with cold water while Ca, Sr, and Ba react with cold water to form metal hydroxide and hydrogen gas.
The chemical formula of magnesium is Mg and the chemical formula of oxygen is O.
No.Mg is less reactive than aluminum,therefore mg solution will not react with aluminum metal.
React hydrochloric acid with a metal such as Mg 2HCl+Mg-->MgCl2+H2
mostly group 16 or 17 the nonmetals
Do you mean this reaction? 2Mg + O2 -> 2MgO 4.11 moles Mg (1 mole O2/2 mole Mg) = 2.06 moles oxygen gas consumed --------------------------------------------------
The oxidation numbers for the atoms in magnesium oxide are: Mg+2 and O-2.
