They fly
This is Highly unlikely Because they are being monitored by a tower in which tells them where to go and when to turn. Also they have a radar in which scan for other air planes in the air. Hope this helps.
When you curve the line you are travelling you are no longer going directly from one point to the other. If you want to go from one point to another you would want to go directly to the second point.
The gradient is a measure of steepness from one point to another.
If you're only given one point, you can't draw the graph of the line, because there are an infinite number of different lines that all go through that one point. Or, to put it another way, if someone gives you a single point and asks you to draw the line through it, you can draw any old line you want through that point, and nobody can say it's wrong. In order to pin it down to one unique line, you need another piece of information in addition to the one point: either the slope of the line, or another point.
Two planes intersecting could look like an X and then a third one could go right down the middle.

i agree, but there is more. One is that planes don't have to go around buildings, mountains, etc.

Only one.

Speed is the ability to move quickly from one point to another. It is a measure of how fast an object is moving.
The F-15 can travel at 1,500 mph when necessary but seldom do .
Planes can go up to the STRATOSPHERE.

If you compare the planes of World War 2 they will seem very slow next to Jets. However, if you compared the planes of World War 2 to the planes of World War 1 and they were very fast and modern. So when you ask why they are slow it depends on those factors. They seem slow today because they did not have jet engines. However, they could go 250-450 miles an hour and that was fast then. Some of those very same planes race against one another in races around the United States. The race planes can go 350-400 miles an hour on average.
because it is a tranport for people to go to other places in the world also it is one of the quickest.
