Distance cannot be expressed in time. If it could, then you'd be able to figure out how many minutes high your house is, and how many miles of sleep you had last night.

15.3 km = 15 300 mTo convert from km to m, multiply by 1000.
Rate = distance / time : so (300 km)/(4 hr) = 75 km/hr

72.3 km = 72 300 mTo convert from km to m, multiply by 1000.

The average speed of the car = 300 [km] / 5.5 [h] = 54.55 [km/h]. ==========================
You cannot. 300 km is a measure of distance while mph is a measure of speed.
300km in 3 hours = 100km per hour
You obviously need to know how long the period of travel is in hours, then multiply by the speed.
It's not possible; km is a measure of distance, hours is a measure of time. These units measure completely different things, hence are not convertable. (In the same way that you cannot convert inches into years etc...).
To find the speed in km per hour, divide the distance by the time taken. First, convert the time to hours: 4 hours and 48 minutes is equal to 4.8 hours. Then, divide the distance (203 km) by the time (4.8 hours) to get the speed: 203 km / 4.8 hours = 42.29 km/hr.
