-- A good start might be to glance at the cover of your textbook and learn

to spell the subject . . . Algebra .

Then . . .

-- Go to every algebra class, get there on time, turn off your cellphone, stay awake,

and listen to everything the teacher is talking about.

-- At the end of class, write down the homework assignment.

-- At home, do the whole assignment, on time. If there's anything you don't understand,

then either get someone who knows Algebra to help you understand it, or make an

appointment to meet with the teacher for help. Do it right away ! Each part of Algebra

builds on the part before it. If there's something you don't understand and you blow it

off, then there's nothing to build on, and that's the end of Algebra for you, right there.
