There's a couple of ways to go around and do this.

If you have a calculator handy, you can multiply 15 by 0.2.

You can always solve percentages by dividing the percentage by 100 (which is the same as shifting the decimal two places to the right).

After that, multiply the number you want the percentage of by the result of that division.

15 times 0.2 = 3

You can also divide 100 by 20, which you'll find is 5.

Then, divide 15 by 5 (the number you just found).

15 divided by 5 = 3.
