if you know the measure of the angle then all you do is subtract that measure from 180 or 360 or 540, it depends on what your shape is. (e.g. you have a triangle (180) and you're trying to find the supplement of the angle 60 then you do, 180-60=120) :)

hope that helps!

Complement of a given angle = (90 - given angle) Supplement of a given angle = (180 - given angle)

What is the supplement of 75 degree angle?

The supplement of a 75-degree angle is the angle that, when added to 75 degrees, equals 180 degrees (a straight line). To find the supplement of a given angle, you subtract the given angle from 180 degrees. Therefore, the supplement of a 75-degree angle is 105 degrees.

What is the supplement of a 84 degree angle?

A supplementary angle is the angle which produces a straight line of 180° when added to the given angle. To find the supplementary angle, subtract 84° from 180°. The answer will be 96°.

What is the complement of the supplement of 80?

The question asks for the complement of (the supplement of (80 degrees) ). We have to find the supplement of 80 first, and then find the complement of the supplement. The supplement of an angle is (180 - the angle). The complement of an angle is (90 - the angle). The supplement of 80 degrees is (180 - 80) = 100 degrees. The complement of that supplement is (90 - 100) = -10 degrees.

What is the measurement of angle that supplements a 132 degree angle?

The supplemental angle to an angle measure 132° is an angle measuring 114°. The supplement of an angle is another angle whose measure, when added to the original angle, will result in a measure of 180°. Given an angle that is 132°, we can find the supplement's measure by subtracting this angle from 180°. 180° - 132° = 114°

Find the measure of the complement and supplement of the angle?

Complementary angles sum to 90°. Supplementary angles sum to 180°. Given an angle x then the complement of x is 90 - x, and the supplement of x is 180 - x.
