I cant increase your confidence, only you can. You have to think positive thoughts and look at the accomplishments you achieved in your life. The key to self confidence is not having negative thoughts. If you keep thinking negative thoughts that's the only answer you will get. If you think positive your gonna get pumped up and energized to be successful in you life. We don't live forever, don't waste time not being confident. Peace.

What happens to the confidence interval if you increase the sample size?

The confidence interval becomes smaller.

Is a good way to increase a confidence interval is to increase the sample size?

No, the opposite is true.

How do you produce a new confidence interval with a larger width?

Increase your percent confidence to provide an increased width.

What happens to the confidence interval as the sample estimate increases?

Assuming that other measures remain the same, as the sample estimate increases both ends of the confidence interval will increase. In effect, the confidence interval will be translated to a higher value without any change in its size.Assuming that other measures remain the same, as the sample estimate increases both ends of the confidence interval will increase.
