the question does not make sense to make a graph; you need an equation, that means there must be an equals sign. (or an ordering, that means using a greater than sign like this > or a less than sign like this< )
If you mean you want to make a graph of one of those functions, hit the (y=) (just under the screen of the calculator) button so you can create a graph, then hit the (sin) (cos) (tan) (right above the number pad) button you want to make a graph of, then the (X,T,O,n) (right next to the (ALPHA) button to the left) button and hit (graph) (also right under the screen of the calculator). All locations of buttons are based on TI-83 and TI-84 graphing calculator models.
True
It doesn't make much sense to calculate logarithms with pencil and paper - the calculations are too involved. Just multiply the two numbers, and calculate the logarithm on a scientific calculator. If you don't have one, use the Windows calculator (it has a mode for scientific calculator).

To make a graph with an experiment, it would be wise to make a short graph at first. Make a rough draft using basic numbers, and draw the graph after the information is gathered.

To get this answer, type in tan(28) in your calculator. It should come out to be about .532. Make sure your calculator is in Degree mode.
go to the top tab called "insert" then click graph and there you go
sin y is a function so the question does not appear to make any sense.

No. However, alike anything else in life. If you use a calculator for everything, then the most remedial calculations may become hard to do without a calculator. It is good practise to do without a calculator where possible
Divide 7 by 8, using a calculator or a pencil, to get 0.875 .
Using a calculator will make it easier
