You probably can use Microsoft Works Spreadsheet program. Many computers have this already installed with Windows. A good way to begin in to click on Help, which will give you some instructions and examples. (Click Help, then Works Help, then Work with Charting Basics) . Note that Microsoft calls graphs as charts.

I would suggest that you begin with a small, simple set of data, perhaps (x,y) = (1,3), (2, 6) amd (3,9) which will plot as a straight line.

Microsoft Works lets you do many things with the computer, without having to buy expensive programs, like Microsoft Excel.
