∙ 12y agoTechnically this is not a cylinder because the top and the bottom of a cylinder are the same. It is, in fact, a frustum of a cone.
If the two radii are denoted by R and r, and the height by h, the volume is given by the formula:
V = (1/3)*pi*h*(R2 + Rr + r2)
So vol = 1/3*pi*12*(196 + 140 + 100) = 4*pi*436 = 5478.9 cubic inches.

what is the formula for a cylinder with a diameter of 75 ft and a height of 66ft
The volume of the cylinder that has a diameter of 10 and height of 3 is 235.62 cubic units.
The volume a cylinder with a height of 7 and a diameter of 12 is 791.68 cubic units.
A cylinder with a diameter of 24ft and a height of 11ft has a volume of 4,976.28 cubic feet.
To measure a hot water cylinder, you typically need to measure its height and diameter. Use a tape measure to determine the height from the floor to the top of the cylinder and the diameter across the widest part. These measurements will help determine the cylinder's capacity and size for replacement or installation purposes.
Measure from top to bottom or vice-versa.
The diameter of a cylinder is not related to its height. A cylinder with a diameter of 8 can have any height. Also, don't measure geometric figures without using a unit of measurement. A diameter is 8 something, it could be 8 centimeters, 8 inches, 8 miles, and so forth, it is not just 8.

The cylinder's diameter will be about 32.58m
If a cylinder's height is 7cm and its area is 659.73cm2, its diameter will be approximately 14.66cm
