To insert the square meters symbol (m²) in Outlook, you can use the superscript feature. Type "m2," highlight the "2," and then press "Ctrl + Shift + =" to make the "2" superscript. Alternatively, you can insert it directly by going to the "Insert" tab, selecting "Symbol," and choosing the squared symbol from the list.
