To reset a Lewis N. Clark 3-dial TSA002 combo lock, do the following: 1) Position the lock so if you're looking straight at it, the lock is set on it's large flat side, with the combo numbers on the right side and the n-shaped clasp open on the left. 2) Pull the clasp straight up and rotate it counter clockwise 180 degrees and press it down. 3) While holding the clasp down at the 180 degree location, dial in your new combo. 4) After the new combo is set, release the downward pressure on the clasp, continue rotating it counter clockwise to the lock position and you're done.
If you know your combination open the top lock turn the change pin on the right side 90 degrees clockwise (looks like a flat head screw; use a coin or paperclip) set number dials to what you want turn back tha change pin 90 degrees counterclockwise close lock new combo is set If not there are tools you can you to crack your shurlok for some brands like Olympus But i'd recomend sending in the lock to allow them to reset it.
You have to know the original combination of course. Mine was set at 555 when it arrived so I just had to stick a sharp object (like a paper clip) in the hole at the bottom of the Club padlock, change the combo to your choice of numbers and release the paper clip. Hope that helps :)
you go to alm1 or 2 and keep the reset button pushed in till number flashes then use st stp button to set and to change digits press mode button
1. With the lock open, push button in the direction of the arrow and hold it in this position.2. Set number wheels to required combination.Release button
They come preset to 0000. You open the box, then take the rubber plug out and slide the reset clip over and up. Then put the combo that you want to use on the combo pad then slide the pin back to its original position and replace the rubber plug. Now it is set to your combo.
I had the same problem. Turn the lock to 0000 then stab the button with a pen or pencil and hold it down as you turn the lock to the new combo. Ta da your lock is now set to the new combo. Good luck :)

could be any combo based on what it was set to
No, the correct term is "reset". That's because the past participle of the verb "set" is just "set" itself (e.g. "I have set ..."). Since "reset" is based on "set", its past participle is also "reset".
The lock has to be open, turn the lock to the back side, flip the lever on the bottom up and to the left, set the new combo, push the lever on the back to the right and your done.
Travel Sentry is not a brand that makes locks- it is a luggage security system recognized by TSA. It is a sign that the lock is approved by this agency. But, to answer the question, most 3-dial combo locks are set the same way....you need to open the lock with the current combination, turn the shackle either 90 or 180 degrees and push it down, then set your new combination while holding it down. Hopethishelps!
