When rounding to a specific place, take a look at the digit immediately to the right of the target, in this case, the tenth of a percent place. If that digit is 4 or less, zero everything to the right of the target out. If that digit is 5 through 9, increase the target by one and zero everything to the right of it out. If the target is a 9, increasing it will turn it to zero and increase the digit to the left of the target by one.

It means that the result of your calculation will be a percentage which may not be a whole number and you need to round to the nearest whole number. Use the normal rounding. eg 36.4% to the nearest whole percent is 36% eg 25.74568567% to the nearest whole percent is 26% eg 10% to the nearest whole percent is 10%
You calculate the percentage and then round the answer to the nearest whole number.
You find the percentage equivalent and the round the result to the nearest whole number.
0.75 = 75%, which is already rounded to the nearest whole percent.
Round your percentage and that should be it.
